Meal Prep
Don’t over complicate it. This is easy to cook and hits all the points protein carbs fiber! This was tonight’s dinner but this one would be easily meal prepped I’d probs just do it for 3 days then you could swap out fish for chicken or beef and maybe do asparagus and zucchini.
For lunch I make a big salad that lasts 3 days too . Add protein if choice for added protein I like to add quinoa.
