Day 2: Share how you’re feeling after day two of your celery goodness! 3. Day 3: Post your morning juice and any little changes you’ve noticed! 4. Made my first celery juice today. 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, and entire bunch of celery. It was pretty dang good.
When it comes to health and fitness what's your main goal?
Share with the community so we can support each other. My goal right now is to be as strong as I was six months ago. I had rotator cuff surgery 5 months ago, so just getting back to it .
