I’ll send it to you 💪🏻👊🏻💕 We got this 💪🏻 🗓️ 30-Day Mindset Calendar Week 1: The Reset Begins Day 1 – Your “why” is stronger than any craving. Write it down, keep it close. Day 2 – Think “not forever, just 30 days.” You can do anything for a month. Day 3 – Cravings = progress. Your body is healing and recalibrating. Day 4 – Celebrate small wins. Today is another success stacked on top of yesterday. Day 5 – Swap “I can’t” for “I choose not to.” You’re in control. Day 6 – Create a new ritual. Replace the old habit with something calming. Day 7 – One week down! Reflect on what feels different already.
