It is so curious to me that after years of attempting cold showers and setting out in this challenge with prioritizing everything else over cryo - what habit is sticking the most? Yep, getting into (I’m not going to say it’s cold) but a much cooler shower. I’m finding I crave at least a half minute in the morning to get going and if I don’t do it, the idea stays with me all day. I’m starting my showers at a cooler point too. Small steps, and progress for sure especially for this high vata who resists anything cold.
