Meeting Recap : 7-8-2025 | Session by This session blended strategy, soul, and logistics. Cate led a discussion on collaborative intelligence, the power of 15% contributions, and creating space for breakthroughs through shared leadership and personal sacrifice. Plans for the upcoming Teton Canyon camping retreat were finalized—including activity flow, food setup, and somatic sessions. Participants are now invited to step into ownership of their experience by preparing meaningful, authentic contributions.
Highlights
Breakthroughs Through Effort & Intention : Cate invited participants to name their desired breakthrough—and what they’re willing to sacrifice to meet it. Growth comes from leaning into discomfort, not bypassing it.
What’s Your 15%? : The group explored “15% contributions”—small, actionable offerings each person can make without needing extra permission or resources. This liberating structure shifts events from consumption to co-creation.
Activities & Healing Sessions Finalized : From chanting and Karuna Reiki to somatic soul retrieval and plant medicine wisdom—participants will experience a well-rounded blend of personal growth and collective healing.
Camping in Teton Canyon : Plans are set for hikes, cold plunges, and building community in the Tetons. Participants were reminded to bring essentials like water bottles, layers, and shawls for plunging, while Cate will provide filtered water and basic camping needs.
Food, Flow & Flexibility L Meals will be build-your-own bowl style with local organic produce. Participants were encouraged to plan for self-sufficiency with options for storing food, using coolers, and sharing fridge space.
This Event = A Sacred ContainerCate emphasized that this isn't just a retreat—it’s a sacred container for transformation. Everyone’s voice and vision matter. The real magic happens when we all show up fully.
