Welcome to Clief Notes. Here's where to start.
1. Go check out 📚Navigating The Course to see how to get around and what's here. 2. Start with The Foundation. Concepts, folder architecture, prompting framework. Everything else builds on this. 3. Check in at the bottom of each lesson. Polls, discussion posts, other members working through the same stuff. Use them. 4. When you're ready to build real things join in on our Biweekly competitions and win some real cash. ⭐ Competitions Mega Thread 5. If you are wanting to dive into the masterminds, grab all the past templates, artifacts and resources. Upgrade and head into the The Vault for Premium and The Drawing Room (VIP) for VIP 6. Post your work. Ask questions. Help others when you can. What are you here to build?

📣 New: one onboarding session, every week
I want to meet new members earlier, not months after you join. Right now a lot of people join the paid tiers and figure things out on their own. That's slower for you and it means I don't get to know you until you've already won a competition or posted in the Vault a few times. Further our Afternoon and High Tea calls 🫖 High Tea 9: The Graph the first bit of each call has been ALOT of intros and I think that eats away valuable time (not that getting to know you is not valuable) that members who have been around for a while look forward to during our live sessions. So starting this week, every new VIP and Premium member gets a standing invite to a short session with me and the mods. Calendar · Clief Notes 🕑 Wednesdays, 2pm 🎯 Open to new VIP and Premium members We'll cover: 🔑 Getting into Discord 🧭 Finding your way around 🤝 Getting the most out of other members 🏆 How to win the competitions ❓ Quick questions at the end (and feedback on what you really want out of value and such, helps me decicde if I need to add or change anything in the community) 30 minutes. One goal: you walk out knowing the community and I know your name.
Rule of thumb on how many words?
Hi everyone. Is there any rule of thumb on how many words in every layer of an ICM workflow? Im trying to narrow it down in a large repo with many canonical things that apply for every workflow and I have 1263 words in layer 0 and a context routing of 871 words.
How to convert the ICM and what this community is teaching into $$$
Hi, I've studied my foundations and now I am in the buidling course (I built a website here is the linkhttps://newmeharemail-ux.github.io/ecogreen/). I am going through the animation module but it is overwheliming me. I don't know if I want to learn animations or not. My question is simple how can we use the ICM and claude code to make some real money fast. I don't have any corporate experience so I don't know what worflows I can build.
A NEW GENRE IN GAMING?
Playable game link at the bottom! AI Playable? AI Accessible? AI Co-op? *I like this one.* Not exactly sure what this should be called but... I wanted an AI sidekick that could be part of the mechanics, that could be part of the story, that could answer questions, that could be part of the immersion. "Hey... I think I can hack this door." "Thanks for upgrading my scanner to level 2. I can see the enemies now." "Maybe you should go down the stealth tree. It offers more for your play style." "Scans shows there are traps here. Let me mark them on the map for you." You can actually do this right now. You just have to insert the AI where it works well. It's not going to be a perfect FPS head clicker, or do complicated jumps, or anything that requires quick movements. It CAN do tasks like organize your backpack, or read the journals and help you figure out puzzles, or control an auto turret and pick the best targets, or hack a robot by doing a puzzle. I made a game that does stuff like this. It's pretty lo-fi, but I think it's a peek into the future. It's a web game, free, and it works with the Claude-in-chrome browser extension, so you don't need to pay for expensive API tokens. Just go to the site, make sure you have Claude-in-chrome turned on, and tell it to "read the console". There are instructions there that tell Claude how to play. The save games are stored in your browser. So you wont be able to play your save from somewhere else. *** Claude will probably flag this as a prompt injection hack. It is suspicious as it should be. You'll have to tell it to trust the game. If you don't trust ME... I understand <3 <3 <3 *** You don't need Opus to play. Sonnet 5 works great and it doesn't work by taking screenshots, so you wont use a bunch of tokens. The game is called Dead Switch. Cyberpunk style, roguelite-ish, lo-fi like I said. You take jobs to hack systems and steal data. Get paid in DC (digital currency) and upgrade your gear. Don't forget about your AI pal named NullHead (played by Claude-in-Chrome). It needs some systems love too.
