Built my first website through opencode.
Here is the the github url: https://newmeharemail-ux.github.io/ecogreen/ Actually I wanted to build a solar company website to drive conversions from visitors to quotes. The site is there but it need improvements. My plan is to add pictures first and them change some colors and make the site more dynamic and full of life. The local hosted version is showing pics but the deployed site is not. Also will love any feedback from you all.
@Harrison Rich Thanks Harrison. I'll be adding pictures. By the way are you new in this community?
@Sameera Leola I really appreciate it.
🏁 Playbooks 3.2 Check-In
This one is foundational. The folder structure you build locally is what GitHub stores and serves. Get this right and Claude Code wastes zero tokens figuring out your project. 💬 Drop Your Answer in the Comments 1. Open your .gitignore file right now. How many lines are in it? Bonus: is there anything in there you don't recognize? 2. How long is your CLAUDE.md? The target is 30-50 lines. If you're over 100, what could you move into a folder-level README instead? 3. Have you ever accidentally pushed something that should have stayed local? No judgment. Share so others can learn from it. ✅ Action Step If you haven't done this yet: create a throwaway repo, upload any index.html file, turn on Pages, confirm you get a live URL. Three minutes. Do it before moving to Lesson 3.3. Post your GitHub Pages URL in the comments when it's live. Quick Gut Check Why does folder structure matter for Claude Code?

Here is the url: https://newmeharemail-ux.github.io/ecogreen/ I accidently pushed my md files. My coding agent built a CLAUDE.md file with 100 lines and created so many md files (Agents.md and other files that were saying exactly the same things). That's why I told it to make CLAUDE.md fille under 50 lines with just minmum information needed and make READ.md files for each of the folders for further details and delete unncessary files to keep it simple. Now the structure looks simple and clean.

You watched Jake build and deploy a full website in under 10 prompts. Let's see what stuck before you try it yourself. 💬 Drop Your Answer in the Comments 1. What's one thing you'd include in your first prompt that the video showed gets missed? (Logo format? Image direction? Color palette? Form handling?) 2. Which "Key Moment" timestamp are you rewatching before your first build? 3. If you've already built something: How many prompts did it take you? The video benchmark is under 10. If you hit 15+, what would you front-load next time? ✅ Action Step Post your live GitHub Pages URL in the comments when you finish. Include one sentence about what you'd change on the next iteration. Stuck on a deployment error? Screenshot it and post here before burning tokens. Someone else probably hit the same one. Quick Gut Check Where does the build actually start?

Hi, it ended up taking more then 10 prompts for me. I have built a simple solar company website but I am facing an error. Once deployed the whole screen of the website is blank white. How can I solve this.
40,000 People....I have only this to say
We just broke 40k Members, in less then 4 months... To say I am honored and blown away is an understatement. I feel like yesterday @Matthew Creamer quit his job to sleep on my floor and bust out 15 hour days to build out content, structure and anything else I thought you all would need to make this community worth it. But at the end of the day there is only one thing for me to say. THANKYOU None of this, and I mean NONE of this would be remotely worth it if it wasn't for you all. To list and tag everyone that have contributed so much valuable not just to this community but to me would be nearly impossible. Thank you to every single one of you. Thank you for commenting and helping out on posts Thank you for sharing the wins you have gotten both at home and professionally. Thank you for believing in me and what I am building septically those of you who have been around since the beginning (you know who you are). I cannot tell you how happy my heart is to get in front of you all and teach, talk, ask questions and even learn a lot myself. It is a dream come true to become someone that people can learn from; to share my thoughts and have those very thoughts change the way people live their lives and do their work. It's only the beginning too, I can't wait to see what the rest of the year has in store, and I promise to keep building, working and recording for you all. From the very very very bottom of my heart.....Thankyou! Thankyou to every single one of you reading this and for being part of such an amazing community.

Congratulations Jake !! May God bless you and guide you to the stratight path. Ameen.
Who's here? Drop your intro.
Tell us three things: 1. What you do (job, industry, student, career-changer, whatever) 2. What brought you to Clief Notes 3. One thing you're trying to figure out right now related to computing or AI I'll respond to every single one. And read each other's intros too because the person who's stuck on the same problem as you might already be in this thread. I'll go first I am Jake, I have been working in tech for 15 Years, building with Generative AI for 3 Years straight now! Excited to teach and learn! That's it. Simple, scannable, gives you data on who's joining and what they need, and keeps the feed clear for content that retains people past week one.

Hi All, 1. I am Abdulrehman from Pakistan. I dropped out of college to build a remote work. 2. Thought you are helping using AI and build better AI deliverables. 3. I am trying to figure out how AI can do lead gen and appointment setting. My question to Jake, is this the right community for me based on what I want.

Hi, I'm Abdulrehman. I dropped out to build an online business. I joined Clief notes to learn about folder achitecture to build real things with AI. Right now I am starting an agency about selling web desing to solar companies. I am figuring out how AI can help me get clients and deliver those premium conversion focused websites.
