I need help please.. ICM - pre-planner - pretty please

I need a bit of help... (skip through the long explanation of why I am asking this - skip the ##)

##ICM is amazing but when I actually discuss it... even though you can use Jake's audit system or feed his methodology into a system and it figures out the structure for you (and again I understand there are many ways to learn this - and there might be something out there - so please tell me) but what I find is that now people have that structure but they don't necessarily know how to keep it... so I want to add a folder - called pre-planner for people learning how to use it - and again there might be more things out there please point me to it - but basically it is a folder dump - everything you have (think teachers, think students who have never researched anything before, think someone trying to update their CV and keep it updated) so the pre-planner literally lets you info dump - it asks you questions (it already knows ICM and will structure it accordingly - that is not the problem) and it helps you build the structure (and gives you the why for everything) - I am trying to get more people to follow ICM but they feel overwhelmed... so I want to make it as easy as possible for them... file dump talk through what you want why you want it (principle of asking why like 5 times) and then showing them why it is structured like that how it is connected. (did I just go on a tangent... yes)##

(Start reading here if you skipped ) So the question: What question do/did you wish your AI (claude/gemini/whatever) asked you before starting your project/build/system/structure... (like seriously please help me do research on this)

##Edit pictures for before and after - so the pre-planner question: just to add additional questions to gain more understanding of things that have gone wrong in other peoples builds so I can pre-empt it by answering it and making it part of the "non-negotiable list" or asking these questions to the person using this - so I could now enter anything in my pre-planner folder - I do my file dump - questions asked for clarity from Claude (common mistake questions asked and clarity gained - so I do not keep making the same newbie mistakes) - it gives me full ICM structured that is tailored to that specific person and it is sorted and - like it should be - but again when building for someone else and not getting money for it I prefer them to answer the questions - and I could only think of the questions I already had and common mistakes I made in the beginning by not understanding "the what" "the why" And again Jake's questions are great - but people who don't know what they don't know or how to answer it always then it is up to you to get clarity... but I am doing it for free so wanted to pre-empt the clarity questions a bit##
