Hi Everyone, happy Friday! This Sunday Nov. 2nd, I am hosting the first online live class for new beginners learning Shotokan Karate. We'll start off covering the basics. Then we will kick off the 30-day White Belt Challenge! In this challenge, you'll be doing 30 single punches within 30 days. Day one, one single punch. Day two, two single punches.
