You need to understand the model of the one you want to build!
A lot of people say, “I want to sell on Amazon.”
But what most don’t realize is that “selling on Amazon” isn’t one thing. It’s at least two very different business models:
Amazon KDP
vs
Amazon FBA
They both live on the same platform but they do not work the same way.
KDP is publishing:
• Low upfront cost
• No physical inventory
• Strategy built on keywords, covers, and categories
FBA is physical products:
• Inventory sourcing
• Logistics and shipping
• Cash flow and margins
If you don’t understand the difference, you can end up:
• Wasting money on the wrong path
• Spinning forever in research
• Burning out before you ever launch
That is the real problem, misalignment, not Amazon.
So this Monday, and I are hosting a workshop to break it down for you: ✔ What Amazon KDP really is and where it shines
✔ What Amazon FBA really is and where it shines
✔ Pros and cons of both
✔ Who each model actually fits
✔ How to choose with confidence
If you are thinking about selling on Amazon but aren’t sure where to start this free workshop will save you time, energy, and frustration.
