I've been doing body-based work since 2015, and I've learned the hard way (personally and professionally) that when my nervous system is depleted, resolutions/goals fade.
After busy seasons, travel, or emotional load, I used to push myself straight back into plans and routines.
What finally worked was resetting capacity first.
What that looks like for me:
- slowing down before deciding anything new
- checking what my body can realistically handle right now
- stabilizing before pushing for consistency
When I do that, follow-through becomes so much easier.
This doesn't replace or compete with anything you're already doing.
It's designed to support whatever program, practice, or plan you're already in, without adding more time, homework, or pressure.
This gets your nervous system steady enough that goals don't require force.
If this feels relevant to you, please join us. We begin a new session this weekend.
