When your Skool “works” but your brain doesn’t
Members were joining.
Posts were getting likes.
Money was coming in.
But behind the scenes it was a mess.
Notifications at 99+.
DMs I felt guilty about.
Events hacked together at the last minute.
No real CRM. No real plan.
Just me winging it and hoping people didn’t notice.
That is when I realized the problem wasn’t my offer.
The problem was my operating system.
