Who is Laura Patac?

Laura's journey is a masterclass in resilience and self-discovery. Originally from Romania, she spent 25 years navigating "the corridors of power" in corporate America. Her career took her across seven countries and five continents, serving in high-level leadership positions.

In 2023, after exiting her role as a Global Head of Product, Laura faced that profound question we all eventually ask: "Now what?". Instead of rushing into the next big title, she paused to reconnect with her purpose. This led her back to her "initial superpower" — creativity and writing — culminating in her book, Stories with Purpose, and the founding of Strength Velocity Lab.
