Starting over in my 50s wasn’t in my plan, but it became my power.
When my marriage ended in my 50s, I walked away from my home. My credit score dropped into the 500s, and I had to start over.
It wasn’t easy. I rebuilt my savings one paycheck at a time, paid off $39,000 in student loans, and watched my credit climb; first to the 600s, then the 700s, and eventually a perfect 850.
Here’s what I learned along the way: rebuilding your finances isn’t just about numbers. It’s about healing, patience, and community, having people who remind you it’s never too late to begin again.
That’s why I created the Wealth Warriors Community for women rewriting their money stories, whether they’re starting fresh or leveling up toward financial freedom.
We share strategies, yes, but we also share grace, laughter, and the reminder that your story isn’t over.
If you’re starting over or ready to rise, you’re already on your way. If that sounds like your kind of energy, join us inside the community.
