#SneakPeak Making the Work More Usable in 2026
In 2026, I’m refining something I wish had existed years ago.
The community isn’t brand new. What’s changing is the clarity. I’m distilling what’s already working and making it more usable in real life.
The deeper I go, the clearer it gets: lasting change doesn’t come from insight alone. It comes from having something you can use in the moment when old habits, stress, or self-talk kick in.
So the focus this year is on tightening the ecosystem; turning big ideas about wiring, habits, and identity into short, real-life experiments and simple decision tools.
Less theory.
More integration.
More staying in motion instead of starting over.
I’m excited about continuing to shape a space where curiosity replaces self-criticism, and progress comes from staying in motion instead of starting over.
It feels like the most honest expression yet of how change actually happens for women 50+.
If you’re tired of starting over every Monday, come join us in Fit Women 50+. This community helps women 50+ rebuild consistency that actually sticks, without shame, pressure, or perfection.
