Authenticity: saying everything… or saying what really matters?

For me, it’s neither.

I think being authentic isn’t about flashing every detail of your life.

You don’t want to be like that man in a trench coat at the park. 😅

It’s not about turning every word into some deep, life-changing truth either.

To me, authenticity is much simpler:When I choose to speak, what I say is true.That’s it.

No obligation to reveal everything.

No pressure to always go deep.

Just truth, whenever I decide to share.
