Answer these 4 questions to succeed on Skool

Making a plan for your business is really hard. And I'm learning a lot everyday about how to build my brand and develop my community. I realize that it all becomes more clear once you are able to asnwer these 4 questions, in sequence:

What is your business?
Who is it for?
What are you going to deliver for your clients?
What are your goals, and what are you going to do everyday to achieve them?

You don't have a plan if you can't answer these 4 questions.

Once you answer the question 4, you can start looking for ways to optmize your routine and save time. And you should also set milestone goals and follow them up with insightful metrics.

That is essential for your business's success. You need to optize your reach by automating repetitive tasks and you also need to calculate your results and check your progress.
