💛 A Quick Update About Day 3 of the Sweater Challenge (and What’s Coming Next)
I want to be open and honest with you. There will be no replay for Day 3 of the Sweater Challenge — simply because I forgot to hit record. That one’s on me. But after sitting with it for a bit, I truly believe this happened for the better. Today’s session gave me space to reflect on what worked beautifully… and where I can streamline, clarify, and improve things even more. Sometimes teaching live shows you exactly where people need things broken down differently or explained more clearly. So instead of trying to recreate the session as-is, I’m going to do something better. ✨ I’ll be recording a refreshed, more focused version of Day 3 tomorrow morning — one that’s tighter, clearer, and even more helpful than today’s live session. That updated recording will be posted as the official Day 3 replay. Thank you for your patience, your grace, and for being such a supportive community. I genuinely want these lessons to serve you well — not just check a box. We’re building this together, and I appreciate you more than you know. 🧶💛

Which needle count?
I've been wanting to buy a circular machine, even for my birthday/Christmas last month. Aside from wanting to have a project in mind since I haven't knitted in years, I'm wondering which needle count is best if it's the only one you'll have for a while? Just joined today, taught myself to knit many years ago with YouTube then found a local knitting group. Kinda stopped knitting soon after the group moved when the shop we met in had to close.
Which needle count?
Update
Hello everyone. I can’t believe how quickly this first week of the year is going. I had originally planned to be off until next week but the opening date for the art centre where I am working is coming up fast. I have been working 3 days a week but now it will be 5 days a week with shifts in the evening to cover events. I was so looking forward to participating in the sweater workshop live but I will have to watch the replays on the weekend. I am looking forward to that. I have only been able to check Skool messages sporadically. Sorry about that. I am reading and replying as I can. On Monday, I moved for 3 months into a house to take care of it while the owners are away in Mexico. I have lots of room there and I going to bring my knitting machines and stash this weekend. Things will settle down soon enough. I am looking forward to a knitting weekend.
