Hey Luvs 🤍 I’m so excited to share that our very first LIVE Breathwork Session is happening this Thursday at 7pm CST! This will be a gentle, grounding, camera-off experience designed to help you settle your nervous system, melt tension, and reconnect to your body at the end of the day. What to expect: ✨ A soothing mini drop-in + mindful movement ✨ Guided rhythmic breathing for regulation ✨ Light meditation to calm your mind ✨ Space to integrate and come back to your body Beginner-friendly. Good morning everyone! I held my final breathwork session at Communal Studio last Thursday and attempted to record Live. The recording wasn't up to my standards as the sound came in/out and was spotty. My Apologies 🙃 Im going to revamp some things and attempt another session LIVE for you all. Poll time: Which would be better for everyone?
