Hey team 🤍 Little update from me to you. I’m going to start sharing more daily calm + practical wellness drops in here. The tiny, doable kind. The 30 seconds at the kitchen counter. The 2 minutes in the school pickup line. The nervous system reset between patients, meetings, or mom mode. Nothing dramatic. Nothing that requires a yoga retreat in Bali. Just simple mobility, breathwork, and regulation tools that help you feel more capable in your actual life. Think: ● quick posture resets ● low-key core + glute activations ● nervous system downshifts ● “your body isn’t broken, it’s patterned” reminders My goal is to make calm feel accessible, not aspirational.
