I wanted to check in and say thank you for being here and for your continued support — even though I haven’t shared new content since the 7 Days of Breathwork. Your presence really does mean a lot and I appreciate you 🫶
There’s been a lot of collective nervous system dysregulation happening in our country lately, and I know many of us are feeling it in our bodies. I’ve been moving a bit more slowly and intentionally — not from disconnection, but from care and listening.
