What Is Fulcrum??
A fulcrum is the pivot point of a lever — the spot where the lever turns. In the human body, joints (like your elbow, knee, or shoulder) act as fulcrums. When you lift a weight, your body acts like a system of levers: Bones = the levers Joints = the fulcrums (pivot points) Muscles = the force that moves the lever Weight (load) = the resistance you’re lifting Example: Bicep Curl Fulcrum: Elbow joint Lever: Forearm Load: Dumbbell in your hand Effort: Biceps pulling on the forearm When the biceps contract, they pull on the bone, rotating it around the elbow (fulcrum) to lift the weight.

Ghrelin & fatloss
What is Ghrelin? Ghrelin is known as the “hunger hormone” because it signals your brain that you’re hungry. It’s produced mainly in the stomach and small amounts in the pancreas and brain. How Ghrelin Affects Fat Loss Increases Appetite: When ghrelin levels rise, you feel hungry, leading to eating more. Decreases After Eating: When your stomach is full, ghrelin levels drop, reducing hunger. Higher Ghrelin = Harder Fat Loss: During dieting or calorie restriction, ghrelin levels often increase, making it harder to stick to a deficit. Lower Ghrelin = Easier Fat Loss: Eating in a way that stabilizes ghrelin helps control hunger. How to Manage Ghrelin for Fat Loss ✅ Eat Protein-Rich Meals: Protein lowers ghrelin better than carbs or fats. ✅ Stay Hydrated: Water helps reduce hunger signals. ✅ Get Enough Sleep: Lack of sleep increases ghrelin and decreases leptin (satiety hormone). ✅ Avoid Extreme Dieting: Severe calorie restriction spikes ghrelin dramatically. ✅ High-Fiber Foods: Fiber slows digestion and lowers ghrelin.

Leptin & fatloss
A quick breakdown of how leptin relates to fat loss. ✅ What is Leptin? • Leptin is a hormone produced by fat cells. • It signals to your brain (specifically the hypothalamus) that you have enough energy stored, helping regulate hunger and metabolism. ➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️ ✅ Leptin’s Role in Fat Loss • When body fat is high, leptin levels are high → signals satiety → reduces appetite. • When you diet and lose fat, leptin levels drop → brain thinks you’re starving → increases hunger and slows metabolism (a survival mechanism). • This is why long-term dieting can feel harder: lower leptin means more cravings and lower calorie burn. ➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️ ✅ Leptin Resistance • In obesity, even though leptin levels are high, the brain stops responding effectively (similar to insulin resistance). • Result: Constant hunger despite enough fat stores. ➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️ ✅ Can You “Boost” Leptin for Fat Loss? You can’t take leptin supplements effectively (except in rare medical cases). But you can manage leptin signaling: • Avoid chronic severe calorie restriction (causes big leptin drops). • Sleep well — sleep deprivation lowers leptin and increases ghrelin (hunger hormone). • Strength training helps maintain metabolism while dieting. • Refeed days or diet breaks (short-term higher carbs) can temporarily raise leptin. ➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️ 🔥 Bottom line:Leptin is key for appetite control and metabolic rate, but you can’t hack it with pills — you need smart dieting strategies to keep leptin from tanking.
