The Carryover Capacity method
Do you value explosivity? How about having the capability to explode, EVEN when fatigued and after failure? This type of superset is unique in the sense that when youve reached local muscular failure in one exercise or related muscle group, you can still have the capacity to perform a different, often more dynamic or compound movement. This is true function. This is a big part of having a body that you can trust to operate under pressure. Best part is, its not all that difficult to develop nor does it have to take long. This type of training actually allows you to be more creative with your training blocks and sets while enduring a "probably" more real world realistic mix of movement as opposed to localizing training all the time, or on the other hand just training explosive all the time. In other words. MORE FUN. You don't have to feel like you're in a box with you're training and you can make amazing progress on multiple fronts. 🔥You should give this Carryover Capacity method a shot. 🗣If you want help designing a program feel free to DM.
