Further to my N180 application to ask that my claim be moved to the Chancery Division (B&PC) due to GDPR breaches, I now have a telephone mediation appointment on 3 July.
Any advice regarding what to say and not to say please?
I'm claiming for £5000 plus fees from ACI UK LTD and they're counterclaiming around £2100 from me as still 'owe' the credit card 'debt'
