Parking - court judgement
can anyone help with the actions I should now take in ref to parking claim (DCB legal). I have issued all the SAR's.In august last year received a court notice of claim against me. I responded with written defence and counter claim for GDPR breach. Court acknowledged my defence 15th Aug. then november 1st Received a general notice of judgement order to complete a Directions questionnaire. I submitted the questionnaire 14th Nov. Now received judgement for claimant (in default) dated 26th Jan. Please advise how I now respond - do I follow the CCJ steps ? complete form to cancel the juudgement. I am not sure what stage this has reached in the process. but they seem to have ignored my defence and counter claim altogether. Any help gratefully recieved or happy to pay for a 1:1 with Peter? many thanks Heather x

@Heather Lenehan we just got rid of a whole pile of tickets, charges and a CCJ all against the same guy, well over £1200 in CCJ, now all gone, no CCJ, no tickets, and no charges to pay. NOT even the N244 to pay for. A couple of simply notices all under the correct egislation and BOOM💥all gone. i will be adding them to the parking classroom and remember ALL answers are in there, but if you want them just give me a shout

@Zoe Willsdon you have to get into the customised versions, destroy it then rebuild it in the fashion that it is needed. Then it works fine, and remember the term Artifical Intelligence is a misnomer, it is not artificial as it is made by man, so it is ours and real, plus it is NOT intelligent, "Garbage in Garbage out"

The DOAs are confidential documents between Cabot and the original lenders. They do not contain any personal details relating to you or your accounts and are not available for disclosure. We sent you the Notice of Assignments for your accounts which are sufficient to confirm our ownership of them. Whilst we do not provide the DOAs, the DOAs does reference a data file and the information from that data file will be included within your SAR. Please see section C. @Mark Mulvey just keep in mind, their answers are not important, watch the SAR series in here, this is simply evidence gathering, proof that they refuse to comply with GDPR, the SAR process and LOPA 1925 s136 in full. So we keep and document every SAR we send, proof of postage, proof or signed receipt etc, then keep every reply, all this is our evidence, i don.'t care if they send me reply that tells me to F**K right off or that they wear pink jimmy jams in bed.🤪🤣 If it ain't a compliant response under GDPR, then i am happy🙂
