SAR IDENTIFICATION
I have requested data from my court mediation appointment, in the hope I can hear both sides of the mediation and how the mediator represented my points to the opposition.
The court have responded to my SAR by requiring photographic identification. Whilst I don’t mind, identifying myself, I didn’t think photographic ID was a legal requirement to access my data.
Thoughts welcome? Has something changed or am I mistaken?
