OCTOPLASM - the gift that keeps on giving

144 weeks into an ongoing complaint from a vulnerable 'customer' (my 89 year old Dad) with this lot (complaints should be resolved within 8 weeks so it's going well on their part 🤪) just for fun I decided to send a further complaint escalation at the end of last week while I wait for them to reply to any correspondence at all including the SAR's.

I noticed on their complaint info that Greg, the CEO, would welcome any correspondence and if he didn't respond then one of his managers would get right back. So I duly obliged.

At this point there should be a tumbleweed emoji - seems that absolutely nobody wants to touch this 😂 what larks Pip 😁

However, the zincgroup, a newbie to proceedings and who have obviously had no memos, decided to get involved and emailed this morning about 'the arrears'. So they'll be getting something in the post this week and I suppose I'll have to whack off another love letter to Greg and his fabulous Octobarf team 👍😂
