Flags - government sponsored division tactic?

Anyone else noticed a sudden and clearly organised and local authority organised display of the union flags and st georges flags....its strange....I firat noticed this in the south, slowly on footpath motorway bridges either side of the bridges facing the road a few months back... then more and more mororway bridge roads and thought it looked fishy (not organic, like it was organised/initiated by the state, there was a pattern to it in very different areas rhe same thing)...then very recently several towns in different areas have started plastering the union flag and st george flag all over the place, this is clearly organised at a local authority level.. or being dictated at governmental level. Its an agenda, divide and conquer as far as I can see....dont fall for it, and FOI your council and ask a few questions about it. This is part of an agenda as far as I can see, is this apparent for anyone else?
