Council tax.

Just had Jacobs on the door over council tax....asked to see his warrent and was told there all electronic nowadays and he didn't have to produce the paper doc with court seal, court address, judges name, judges signature, etc. Told him when he snarkily said "i hope your vehicle is under finance as your gonna lose it" that its in trust along with everything else.

Said he need to see the paperwork and told him his office has already recieved it. Took loads of pics of car, got on the phone and after hanging around outside for ages.....drove off!

Any advice apart from what i told him would be appreciated?
