25th Sept meeting
Hi Admin, Will the 25th Sept meeting be in the classroom soon? I couldn't make it but would like to catch up.
SAR supermarket
Morning, I contacted Morrisons supermarket for a copy of my data filmed at the self service till, they have replied saying there was a technical fault with the cameras that day so no footage was captured. Obviously a convenient excuse, do I still have a claim ?

Support Required Please
utility warehouse I changed my meters a few years back and since then been receiving mail from UW and I've always sent them back as return to sender. Richburns have posted a letter stating they want to change my meter to a prepayment meter (their meters are in the shed somewhere) and if required they will get a warrant too. My partner is totally against all of this andcits taking a huge toll on our relationship and if they do come with a warrant he will break! I need some advice because they claiming we owe over £14k and now I'm thinking because of my partner move to another supplier and just pay?! How do I get UW off my back. I called them claiming I moved in on the weekend they want proof of tenancy agreement etc. Just don't know what to do and I'm really stuck and just worried, scared and tired to be honest. Not sure how much longer I can do this. I'm willing to pay someone to do handle this as I'm ready to quit. Please please please help Thank you

I used to be a rep for UW.....they have turned into one huge arsehole company! Surely you have a tenancy agreement with date of moving in stated?

Car insurance
perhaps we could make a list of car insurance companies who don't seem to have a problem with insuring cars registered to a private trust. adding to the list when successful and possibly a list of ones to avoid

Carrying on with this conversation.....i found this: Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency,I am enquiring as to whether a vehicle is exempt from road tax if the said vehicle is registered to a trust?I am aware that vehicle reg no: R16NAN a white Ford Transit van based in the Glasgow G320** postcode area has been used since October 2014 without having valid road tax, along with other vehicles associated with the owner.Apparently the vehicle that is used by a plumbing company is said by the owner to be registered to a trust and as such he fails to pay road tax without any fear of fines etc. A check reveals it is MOT'D, and as I see it daily it is clearly used on the public road, but for the last 5 years has done so untaxed. Can you clarify the following: 1. Is a vehicle exempt from road tax if registered to a Trust?2. Whilst I appreciate under Data Protection you cannot release details of this vehicle (I know the owners details anyway) can you confirm that being registered to a trust is the reason this vehicle remains on the road untaxed? Yours faithfully Answer: Thank you for your enquiry received on 7/10/2019.Your case reference number is 01835167. We appreciate that you have taken the time to contact us in relation tothis matter. It might help if I first explain that it has always been an offence to useor keep an untaxed vehicle on a public road. A vehicle registered to atrust is no exemption. We understand that people feel strongly about untaxed vehicles being usedon a public road. You can report a vehicle that appears to be untaxed and used/kept on thepublic highway by one of the following channels: 1. Online at [1]www.gov.uk/report-untaxed-vehicle 2. In writing to - Enforcement Section, D12, DVLA Swansea, SA99 1AH When submitting a report the details must include: - registration number- make & model of the vehicle- colour of the vehicle- location of the vehicle Wherever possible, it would be appreciated if you can provide:
