Chancery & HMRC
Hey guys,
hows everyone getting along in this crazy world?.... I have received some bumf today outside of timeframe too, from HMRC going back to late 90's and early 2000's which I didn't ask for, anyway there is a company I worked for in 2003 that sack me because I was pregnant ( I took them to court and lost) anyway in the bumf I have received there is a tax returns forms for every year upto 2024 from that company, not much information on it but it is as if I am still working for them which I find strange???? Also HMRC has not sent back my aff's, my letters to the CEO, or any information on how they transferred things to DCA's and a few other things... Q1 if I go ahead to chancery what would it cost? Q2 if I lost would I be liable for their cost? (at this point if I have nothing to loose but in the end paying I might as well go ahead) Thoughts would be appreciated FYA 🙌
