Looks like we prefer human interaction over AI in certain situations 🤖🙅️ Scientists found that people are more likely to ditch AI-powered services when warmth is key, like at a hotel check-in. 🏨🤔 We think humans feel empathy and have genuine intentions to help. We don’t think AI or machines are empathic. However, where customers prefer efficiency, they're quite ok interacting with an AI bot. Researchers found: 1. People will use AI services 23.7% less compared to human services 📉 2. When seeking fun and entertainment, people will 29.8% less likely to stick with AI services 3. AI services were seen as 19.5% less warm than human staff The data is in and the results support what we believe that, "human connection matters a whole lot!"
