You can create a personalized daily briefing based on YOUR interests. For example, if you’re a content creator, entrepreneur, or building an online business, your briefing could include: • Changes and updates on TikTok and other social media platforms • New creator tools and features • AI and technology updates • Trends developing within your niche • Industry news and upcoming releases • Topics people are beginning to talk about • News or developments you could turn into content Instead of spending your morning jumping between websites and social media trying to figure out what’s happening, you can have ChatGPT research and organize the information that is relevant to you. And here’s where it becomes valuable for content creation: Information creates opportunity. When you know what’s changing, what’s coming and what people are talking about, you can create timely content instead of constantly playing catch-up. Don’t just use AI to answer questions. Use it to help you stay informed, prepared and ahead of your niche.

First, an important clarification: ⚠️ These are NOT official ChatGPT commands, secret codes, or hidden modes. They are PROMPT SHORTCUTS — easy labels we can use to tell ChatGPT what type of reasoning, analysis, tone, or approach we want. For the best results, especially in a new conversation, don’t rely on the shortcut word alone. Type the shortcut AND tell ChatGPT what you want it to do. Here are some useful ones and how to use them correctly: 🔹 TRUTHMODE USE WHEN: You want honest feedback instead of reassurance or automatic agreement. PROMPT: “TRUTHMODE: Give me your honest assessment. Don’t agree with me just to be agreeable. Tell me what works, what doesn’t, and what I may be overlooking.” 🔹 ELI10 USE WHEN: Something is complicated and you want it explained in simple language. PROMPT: “ELI10: Explain this to me as if I were 10 years old. Keep the language simple, but don’t leave out information I actually need to understand it.” 🔹 REDTEAM USE WHEN: You have an idea, plan, business strategy, argument, or decision and want someone to challenge it BEFORE you act on it. PROMPT: “REDTEAM: Challenge this idea. Look for weaknesses, risks, blind spots, incorrect assumptions, counterarguments, and reasons this could fail.” 🔹 80/20 USE WHEN: You’re overwhelmed and need to know what actually deserves your attention first. PROMPT: “80/20: Apply the Pareto principle to this situation. Identify the few actions likely to produce the greatest results and tell me what I should prioritize first.” 🔹 FIRSTPRINCIPLES USE WHEN: You don’t want the standard answer and want the problem broken down logically from the beginning. PROMPT: “FIRSTPRINCIPLES: Break this problem down into its fundamental facts and assumptions. Separate what we know from what we’re assuming, then build the best solution from there.” 🔹 SOCRATES USE WHEN: You want ChatGPT to help you THINK through something instead of simply handing you an answer.

Most business reviews become a list of everything that happened. That is useful for memory, but not always for deciding what to do next. Try this at the end of the month. Paste your rough notes into ChatGPT: the numbers you care about, customer feedback, launches, problems, tasks that took too long, and any decisions you are stuck on. Do not spend an hour making it tidy first. Then use this prompt: "Turn these notes into a practical monthly review. Separate facts from assumptions. Identify the three strongest wins, the three biggest drains on time or attention, and the decisions that need more information. Finish with three next actions for the coming month, ranked by likely impact. Flag anything I should verify rather than treat as fact." The useful bit is the structure. Instead of asking ChatGPT for generic advice, you are giving it your real context and asking it to sort the signal from the noise. Check any figures and conclusions before acting on them. Think of this as a faster first pass, not a replacement for your judgement. Would a simple monthly review prompt help you spot what to keep, stop, or test next?

AI imagery is one of my areas of focus, particularly creating consistent characters for AI-generated content and video. One of the first steps in my workflow is establishing the character. If that character is based on you, a clear reference photograph combined with a precise prompt is essential. When using your photograph as a reference, clearly identify what must remain unchanged. For example: “Use the uploaded photograph as the primary reference. Preserve my facial identity and overall likeness. Maintain my facial structure, skin tone, eyes, nose, lips, and other distinguishing facial features. Do not alter or reinterpret my facial features. Only modify the clothing, hairstyle, pose, environment, lighting, or other elements specifically requested.” Why is this important? AI image generation involves interpretation. If your instructions are too broad, the model may make creative decisions you did not intend — including changes to your appearance. This is particularly important when using instructions such as “beautify me,” “make me more attractive,” or “glamourize this image.” Those instructions are subjective. By giving the AI permission to determine what “more beautiful” means, you may also unintentionally give it greater freedom to modify facial characteristics. A more controlled instruction would be: “Enhance the professional lighting, makeup, skin finish, styling, and overall photographic quality while preserving my existing facial features and recognizable likeness.” BEGINNER PROMPTING FRAMEWORK: When creating an AI character from your photograph, define: 1. SUBJECT — Who or what is being created? 2. IDENTITY — Which characteristics must remain consistent? 3. CHANGES — What specifically should be modified? 4. STYLE — What visual aesthetic are you trying to achieve? 5. ENVIRONMENT — Where should the character be placed? 6. RESTRICTIONS — What should the AI NOT change? The more precise your instructions are, the less the AI has to interpret on your behalf.
