🚨When things go wrong 🚨
Remember this post - one day you’ll need it … multiple times!
🚨 you have been so busy and there’s nothing to eat pff style - EAT, make the best of what you have - but avoid sugary snacks as they’ll send you spiralling…..or pop to the shop grab something ready - prawns:/ cooked chicken/ tin tuna/ mackeral/ sliced cooked beef ADD some salad, carrots / steam bag veg/ADD ready made rice pouch/ sandwich thins ADD some mayo/ feta cheese / olives
ADD some fruit with ff Greek yoghurt or a protein pot
✅ it’s that simple - you know have a meal that’ll keep you satisfied.
🚨 You didn’t make the gym or do a home workout despite saying you would - STEPS these are where you place your energy and your non negotiables ✨ these are enough so stop beating yourself up and move as much as you can
Moving with intention will get the heart rate up and burn cals - 10 min speed walk is 1000 steps âś…
🚨 You slipped, you ate crap - now you feel crap…. ISOLATE that don’t spiral. One bad morning, won’t ruin you.
Instead think movement and FUEL - it will only make a dent if you allow it to - and you DO have control over that âś…
🚨you’ve been invited out and you’re not sure you should go because you’ve been “good” all week!…..
GO AND ENJOY - these opportunities are necessary to make a happy healthy lifestyle! No guilt. Because you actually know how to balance it all and for the first time ever you ARE IN CONTROL
One evening won’t affect your efforts - if you simply allow it, don’t blow out✅
