When you think about your home, what are the biggest 3 safety risks you could address this week?
It could be something small, like a loose rug or poor lighting, or something bigger like adding grab bars or clearing stairs. For me, the top 3 I notice most often with patients are: 1. Loose rugs or clutter in hallways. 2. Poor lighting, especially at night. 3. Chairs or sofas that are too low, making it hard to stand up safely. What about you? Which 3 stand out in your home?
