What’s the best way to stay fit when you have back pain?
I’ve been dealing with some back pain myself. I try walking and a bit of gym, but not sure what helps or makes it worse. Sometimes I feel better, other times not. Curious how others find the balance.

Thanks Nico. For me it’s more after the gym, not so much when I do the exercise. Next day I feel stiff in my lower back, sometimes hard to bend. Walking is usually ok, but weights or machines make me sore. Maybe I push too much. I will try more gentle core stuff like you say. The article looks great...will give it a read tonight!

I love Vancouver! but Montreal works well for me
Question...I only see access to two courses but the 3rd is not available?
It says something like unlock to see level 2...?? Great content by the way!

Hey everyone, I’m Daniel, home nurse from Montreal. Been working in community care about 15 years, mostly with seniors and people after surgery. I join CareWell to learn new tricks for safer transfers, mobility, and maybe some tools that make my life easier easier. Outside work I watch a lot of hockey, do some cycling when weather is good, and cook Quebec food for my family. Happy to be here!
