Hey Anthony, I’d love for you to do an in depth video on returns. I’ve realized they can play a major role in your ROI and can completely screw you over. Depending on your product and numbers, all it takes is 1-2 returns that can’t be salvaged to basically ruin your entire purchase, especially if it’s a small order of 10-20 units.
I can see why you are really aiming for 20% ROI or higher. Because anything less isn’t worth the risk. You will be breaking even or losing money if there are returns.
I didn’t realize until now that you should have your settings dialed in for your returns to ensure you are actually getting sent your products back if you want them.
If you could, please explain what settings you recommend, the FBA returns process and any other insights you have.
