@Sofia Dodero haha thanks Sofia! The fact that I'm able to pull over 70 kg helps. 🤭 If the muscle up is your goal - then you should unlock it. Calisthenics has taught me, that anything is possible if you're ready to put in the work.

@Yuan Chiang awesome love to hear that. also the awareness part, if possible try to stand up all 30-45 minutes to loosen up a bit.

March Progress pics
Yesterday I took your advice @George Santos and kept the rest time short (1-2min) between my 50 pullups and 100 pushups. I felt *PUMPED* it was awesome! Thanks man! Other than exercise, recently I've upped my animal food intake (meat, eggs, cheese, butter) significantly while still fasting and results really show. The other photo is from me two years ago.
