The client will tell you what they need. They will tell you their pain points, their priorities, and even what it will take for them to say yes. But you will miss it if you are too busy trying to sound smart instead of being present.
Want to win more sales? Slow down. Listen with intention. Ask better questions and actually hear the answers.
