Quick Ask From Me 🙏
One of the ways this community stays strong is who we allow into the room. BLN isn’t for everyone and that’s intentional. We exist to build a network of emotionally intelligent leaders who care about growth, integrity, and serving others well not just collecting business cards. So here’s my ask 👉 Do you know 1 to 2 business owners or leaders who would genuinely benefit from this community and who would also add value to it I’m not looking for • Everyone • Hustlers chasing shortcuts • People who don’t value relationships I am looking for • Leaders with a heart to grow • Owners who value community and referrals • People you’d vouch for personally If someone comes to mind drop their name below or send me a DM. I’ll personally reach out and make sure it’s a good fit on both sides. Thank you for helping protect the culture we’re building here. This only works when we grow with intention. JR

Most people think events fail because of this…
Most entrepreneurs think events fail because not enough people show up. That’s usually not the real problem. I’ve seen people host small, simple in person events and walk away with clarity, confidence, and real momentum in their business. No massive audience. No fancy venue. No complicated tech. The difference wasn’t the size of the room or how much they spent. It was what they did before the event and how they positioned it. Once you see this shift, events stop feeling stressful and start working as a growth tool instead of a burden. I put together a free strategy that walks through how this actually works in a simple and practical way. If you’ve ever thought about hosting an event but felt unsure or overwhelmed, this will change how you look at it. Comment EVENT for the free strategy and see what you’ve been missing.

Merry Christmas, BLN Family 🎄
As we pause to celebrate today, I just want to say how grateful I am for each of you. This community isn’t just about business, it’s about people. Leaders. Families. Faith. Growth. And the courage it takes to keep showing up, even when the road isn’t easy. This year, I’ve watched many of you take risks, stretch yourselves, support one another, and lead with integrity and heart. That’s what BLN is truly about, emotionally intelligent servant leaders who care deeply about the impact they’re making, not just the income they’re producing. Today, I hope you slow down. Be present. Hug your family a little tighter. Reflect on how far you’ve come, even if it doesn’t feel like enough yet. Progress often looks quieter than we expect, but it’s real. As we look ahead to a new year, know this: you’re not building alone. This community is here to support you, challenge you, and walk with you as you pursue growth without sacrificing your faith, family, or values. Thank you for trusting me, for trusting this community, and for being part of something bigger than yourself. Merry Christmas. I’m honored to lead alongside you. ❤️

When You Don’t Feel “Good Enough”… Read This
I want to share something real with you today, something I believe many of us wrestle with but rarely say out loud. I’ve achieved a lot in my life… but I’ve also failed more times than I can count. From the outside, it might look like I’ve got everything figured out. But the truth? I’m constantly in discovery mode, trying to navigate this journey just like you. Being a great entrepreneur isn’t about staying comfortable or repeating what’s familiar. It’s about staying humble enough to admit you don’t have all the answers… and hungry enough to keep learning anyway. With the pace of technology and the noise of the world around us, we have to keep watching, listening, and paying attention to what our audience truly needs. The people you served yesterday might not be the people you’re called to serve today, and that’s okay. Seasons change. Assignments shift. My wife loves to tease me because I’m always coming to her with new ideas, new strategies, new visions… so she’ll laugh and ask, “So, what do you want to be when you grow up?” And she’s not wrong... I don’t sit still well. I love building new things and creating impact. But recently we had a deeper conversation, the kind that makes you slow down and ask, What is the ONE thing that fuels your soul? For me, the answer came instantly:“ I want to live with my guitar in my hands and be lost in worship.” So why am I sharing this? Because even though that’s the vision God has placed on my heart, I also know He’s given me skills, passions, and opportunities that support the mission He’s leading me toward. Is this forever? I don’t know. But I know the direction He’s pointing me in. And here’s the part for YOU: It is a long, miserable life to spend your days doing something you hate. My challenge to you is this... Be in discovery. Ask yourself: What is the passion God placed inside me? What is the call on my life? What is the thing that brings me joy, purpose, and fire, even if it scares me?
