Day 26 of my Happy Cells and Brain song is done 🎶 I’ve been feeling quite tired for most of the day, but I push through and sang them anyway-even if it wasn’t as many times or at the exact intervals as planned. Still, I am so grateful for the practice and showing up for myself🙏🏾 They do say ‘persistence is key’! 🔑

I had a little emergency come up on Saturday just as I was about to get in our call. Probably won’t make it tomorrow either. So disappointed because I really look forward to those calls.
