There's nothing wrong with being a Hooker

For the past 15 years the word "hook" meant 1 thing and for the last 30 days it's meant a completely other thing.

A hook for me was always a headline, or the start of a piece of "content"...designed to stop humans, gain attention, and get them to follow through the content piece.

The hook is the most important part in marketing, it's where it all starts.

My video production line, that starts with figuring out the "hook"...

It's how I set up my hooks so that I don't send out wrong payment links and how it fires the multiple skills that run my production line.

During the "live terminal" part, you'll see what I name the skill the hook fires anytime I mention videos, production, etc. It's the culmination of repeating my self and that is when I had to figure out a better way.

I forgot what I had named it, but just a hint: Fred had to BEEP out a word in the skill's name.

Enter learning and implementing hooks.

This is how I spend 30 minutes on a 16 minute video production...half of the time recording and the other half just copy and pasting what the line built me.

This is a weeks worth of "work" done in hours, with 90 percent of the work done automagically.

Any everything has it's place and it's reason for doing what it does, it's inner-connected, it's a web, and it used to take me days to run this cadence. Now it takes me minutes.

Hooks were only used by me for marketing and now I use hooks for Claude Code, too.

There is only 1 conclusion I can come too:

There's nothing wrong with being a hooker.

P.S. Every move I make has it's place in some part of something. Steal the shape of it for yourself while it's free and/or cheap. The day will come when it won't be.
