Then yesterday, I research which market to enter with ICM as the wedge, and launched it. Yesterday I did that. About 90% of the work was done with claude code + my skills + my folders and files acting as "software". And today I just did a 24 hour case study on how I used Claude Code and ICM Folder Structure to go from Idea to launched to an ugly old 2006 styled webpage converting at 28%.
