I'm passionate about sales and clearing up misconceptions of what sales is and how to do it the right way. @Adam James gave me an example on our VIP call earlier, at the end of sales call they guy said he wanted to see a demo (that Adam didn't have because it takes him 9 hours to do one). This is what I told him he should/could have said: "You're right, I apologize, and not to make an excuse but it does take me 9 hours to make that demo and that's why I don't have one ready for you but let's say that I spent all day making you a demo and you liked it, what happens next?" You get a commitment. You get to what's real. You find out if it was just nice lie but he said "no". You don't waste a whole day building on a hope and a prayer. So... If the guy says, well I'm going to get started! "Great, which card do you want to use to put the $500 demo deposit on? This is used as credit towards the build and if you don't like it, I simply refund your money but when you love it, we just apply it to your balance. I'm ready when you are for the card" Then you shut up. Because NOW you really find out if it's real or not. Charisma isn't a pre-requisite, sales is just a framework. The same way building a whizbang is. My 7 Step Framework is getting ICM'ed up buttercups & coming to a zip file near you. Hiding in builds isn't going to land clients. Playing out some random call in your head of how you think it will go isn't going to get you to pick up the phone. So... Tell me below... What’s up fam?! I came across a clean, open-source project recently that I wanted to share for anyone experimenting with AI video workflows: Open Higgsfield AI https://github.com/Autom8AI/Open-Higgsfield-AI It’s an open source frontend wrapper that mimics the Higgsfield AI UI layout, giving you a pretty smooth, streamlined interface to manage prompts and generations. The code is pretty transparent (built on vanilla JS, Tailwind, and Vite), so you can audit it or self host easily if you’d rather your tools. It doesn’t have the friction of heavy platform bloat and gives you a dedicated UI wrapper to plug into your preferred API backends. If you like tinkering with custom frontend setups or want a solid layout blueprint to build your own workflow tools around, this may be worth a peek. As many of you know, I helped my dad launch his notary public business with his wife, Janet. He called me just earlier to check in to see how I was doing... And he made the off-hand comment: "I need to get started on my book" He never mentioned a book to me before so naturally I ask what it is about. He spends 15-20 minutes telling me this story, the characters, the twist at the end and the set up for the next book in a series. So I asked: "Why haven't you got started yet? it sounds like an awesome book and series, and you got the hardest part down: You know the ending and how to set it up and the story lines..." He said: "Every time I open a blank document and think about how much I have to do or write I just get stuck and never do anything" I explained to him: "Well, that 15 minutes you just told me your book in? you can just use your audio recorder or mic on your computer, and then tell your book again and save that file. Then you can point your Claude at it and have it help you write the actual book out. Not only that, it can help you launch the book, build the digital assets, you just need to get the $20 plan. But Claude will help you do all of this and chapter it out, and write it and you edit and all of that stuff, I think you'd be surprised at what you can get done, and how fast" He said "Wait, really? How do I do that, you got me kind of excited and I want to work on that now, how do I do this?" I told him gimme' 30 minutes, I'll make you a playbook that will walk you through step by step on how to set up Claude + it will interview you to set up your ICM + interview you like a $30,000 ghost writing book consultant would and help you launch" Fred's in the kitchen, cooking it up. The images are how I put Claude into "plan mode". Take the ship of "planning" for your own projects, or other peoples projects that you help them on or things they pay you for. Also, I manage his website stuff so take the shape of how I add it to his current ICM flow and will be able to keep track and help him with this along the way as well but putting owner ship for him to start using claude on his own.

My old check was simple. I asked Claude to read my files and tell me if they looked good. It uses them, and then it tries to break them. It's a home inspector who runs the taps and flips the breakers instead of reading the builder's checklist. Here's what it found in Jeff-HQ, the folder system I run my ventures and my learning out of: - My ventures index listed 6 of my 14 ventures. It had been wrong since August. Any AI reading that file saw less than half my work, and nothing flagged it. - My rule of no code inside OneDrive (OneDrive corrupts git) was just a sentence. The audit planted a git repo right where the rule says never. Nothing stopped it. - A fresh AI with no memory did a real job in a copy of my folders. It got it right, and it showed me the 1 place my map left it guessing. It never touched my real folders. Every finding came with the file and the line. No score out of 100, only things it counted. Before I ran it, it ran 34 tests on itself, and all 34 held. My verdict: my folders route well, but none of my rules had a guard. My fix 1: that git rule has a guard now. It stopped 5 of 5 planted mistakes and let 6 of 6 normal commands through. All 3 fixes were in and re-measured the same afternoon. Then the part that sold me. A fresh agent told us 2 of my folders didn't exist. They did, and the fix pass caught it. Then the re-run caught a broken link that one of my own fixes had just added.
