In this video, I open up about my journey through anxiety and how breathwork cracked something open for me—a deep, quiet presence I hadn’t felt in years. In The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle he says: “Nothing ever happened in the past; it happened in the Now.” That line hit differently after my breathwork experience. So many of us are caught in loops—regretting the past or worrying about the future. But there’s so much freedom when we return to this moment. Breathwork is what helped me get there—out of survival mode and into stillness, clarity, peace. Take a few minutes to watch, and then reflect with us: - How easy or hard is it for you to be fully present? - Have you read The Power of Now? What stood out to you?
