I trained with Skip as prep for a Teton Crest Trail hike in August ‘23. I let my training slip but hope to start again despite or to help knee pain.

Retired stay-at-home mom, just trying to age gracefully! Lol!! Love my animals (cow not mine ☹️), sailing w/ husband and spending time with family.

I'm 83. Skip has kept me in good shape for the things I want to do.
