Bianca, I have attended many of your kundalini yoga classes as well as several one-on-one sessions over the past year and a half. Throughout that time, I’ve consistently felt the depth of your knowledge, your dedication to the practice, and the care you bring to each session. Your guidance with breathwork and energy awareness has been especially meaningful, and I truly value the safe, grounded space you create for growth and healing. You are doing such important and impactful work, and it has made a real difference for me. Subconscious fears stuck in the body aren’t logical...
They’re somatic. That’s why this community exists. Inside our live classes and on-demand practices, we use breath, tapping, and body-based spiritual work to unwind the patterns stored in the nervous system — the ones that taught us to build walls, shrink ourselves to feel safe, or hold back our truth. You don’t have to force healing through mindset alone. You get to experience safety in the body. And from that place, old beliefs loosen their grip — naturally, gently, and in your own timing. Just breathe
I haven’t been on here as much as I’d have liked but I was resting and today it just felt right to come able to it. I watched the video with the 1 minute breathe and I already feel more flowing energy.
