Was it a person, a task, or just the mental load of keeping everything moving? 🌕 Was there a moment today where you actually felt like yourself, or were you on autopilot from start to finish? 🌕 What is one thing you can do right now to shut your brain off so you aren't carrying today's stress into tomorrow? Tip: By-When" Statements: Stop saying "I'll do it later." Start saying "I will have this done by 2:00 PM. "Later" is a glitch in the ADHD brain—it's a fake place that doesn't exist on the map, so the task just wanders around your head forever. By attaching a hard time like 2:00 PM, you’re giving that thought an anchor in the physical world, which forces your nervous system to actually acknowledge the deadline instead of just ignoring it.

Breathe through it and find a workaround. ☯️ Reach out to one person or respond to one comment that truly resonates. Quality over quantity. ☯️ What do I need to clear out of my physical space or my digital space to keep the energy flowing? Tip: Give yourself permission to move and regulate before you reach a meltdown point. Stop waiting for your body to start screaming before you decide to listen to it. By the time you’re on the verge of a meltdown, the "mask" has already drained your battery, so you have to start moving and regulating while you still have the energy to steer the ship.
