It’s that deep, internal drive to sprint toward your freedom, while the physical world tries to anchor you down with "obligations," "rules," and the same tired scripts you’ve been running for decades. ✨WHY YOU’RE FEELING AGITATED:✨ ✨The "Mask" is getting heavy. When you’ve spent years—especially if you’re navigating this with autism—learning how to mimic "normal" just to survive, a day like today feels like a short circuit. ✨Your nervous system is screaming because it’s tired of the performance. ✨THE REALITY OF THE "TRAP":✨ ✨The matrix thrives on your reactive anger. It wants you frustrated.
