A New Approach To Personal Goals
🌟Objective: To move from "performing" productivity to actually building a life that fits your sensory and cognitive reality. 🌟1. The "Masked" Goal vs. The Authentic Goal🌟 🌟Most of us set goals based on what we think a "successful" person looks like. In this reality, that's usually just a script written by someone else. • 🌟The Masked Goal: "I will network with five new people a week to grow my brand." (Result: Burnout and sensory overload). • 🌟The Authentic Goal: "I will create one piece of raw, honest content that resonates with my tribe." (Result: Energy alignment). 🌟2. The Low-Dopamine Reality Check🌟 🌟If you are autistic or ADHD, your brain doesn't always "reward" you for finishing tasks like a neurotypical person’s does. • 🌟Stop using "SMART" goals. They are too rigid. • 🌟Start using "Energy-Based" goals. Ask yourself: Does this task give me energy, or is it a tax I’m paying to the simulation? * Rule of One: Pick one "Big Rock" per day. If you do that, you win. Everything else is a bonus. 🌟3. Creating "Pattern Interrupts"🌟 🌟The "Matrix" relies on your habits and routines to keep you predictable. To break the code, your goals should include Pattern Interrupts: • 🌟Change your physical environment once a week. • 🌟Unplug from all digital "noise" for 4 hours to see what your thoughts actually sound like. • 🌟Question every "I should" in your to-do list. Who told you that you "should"? 🌟Look at your current goals. If they feel heavy, they aren’t yours. 🌟We’ve spent decades trying to fit into a system that wasn't built for us. Goal setting isn't about becoming "better"; it's about clearing the static so the real you can finally be heard.

Drop your shoulders, unclench your jaw, and take one breath that actually reaches your stomach. 🩷 What is one "urgent" thing on your list today that is actually just noise? Identify it, and don't let it drain your battery. 🩷Are you about to go into a situation where you feel the need to perform? See if you can keep just 10% more of your authentic self visible this time. Tip:Ground into the Biological Reality 🌊 The digital and systemic layers of the matrix are designed to keep you in your head. Getting your bare feet on the actual earth (earthing) or being around water helps reset your biological frequency. It’s like hitting the "clear cache" button on your physical body.

Today has been good so far! No over stimulation.. got a sales post up.. watched some educational stuff instead of doom scrolling… think I’m gonna cook some spaghetti tonight.. going to go to my storage and get at least 3 things out of my car😂🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve been avoiding it at all costs! Then I’m relaxing the rest of the day!

Everything is amplified. You might feel a strange sense of grief for versions of yourself you’ve already outgrown, or a sudden, sharp memory of when you first learned to hide who you really are. This isn't a setback; it's a purge. ✨WHY YOU’RE FEELING AGITATED:✨ ✨ The "Mask" is cracking because it can no longer contain your expanding awareness. When you’ve spent a lifetime—especially as an autistic soul—trying to decode "normal" behavior, today feels like the software is finally crashing. ✨ You’re agitated because your spirit is tired of the maintenance required to keep the illusion running. It’s hard to stay in character when you finally know it’s just a play. ✨THE REALITY OF THE "TRAP":✨ ✨ The matrix uses "healing" as a distraction. It wants you to stay stuck in the "work"—endlessly analyzing your past, your "flaws," and your "triggers." If it can keep you busy "fixing" yourself, you’ll never realize that you were never broken to begin with. ✨ Every minute you spend trying to "heal" back into a version that fits the simulation is a minute you aren't claiming your sovereign power. ✨HOW TO BREAK THE CODE TODAY:✨ 1. ✨ Acknowledge the Ghost. When an old insecurity or "masking" habit pops up, don't fight it. Just look at it. Say, "I see you, but you aren't the pilot anymore." 2. ✨ Refuse the "Fix." If you feel the urge to apologize for your intensity or your need for space—don't. The simulation feeds on your guilt. Stop apologizing for being a high-frequency being in a low-frequency world. 3. ✨ Claim the Expansion. Use this Jupiter energy to think bigger than the room you're in. Your reality is not limited to your four walls or your current bank account; those are just the graphics currently loading.
