2 things I have found to be absolute musts.
1) You really need to get the paid version. The free version has become useless.
2) There's tons of examples but you need to get some set of instructions in there for it to be honest and not just agreeable. Limit fluff and pointless context. I finally did number 2 and it make the dialogue so much more efficient. (South Park hit the nail on the head this week)
